This update gives traders more control over their equity management by adding a brand-new mode called EQL.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"230\" height=\"186\" src=\"https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/eql_1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-893\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is EQL Mode?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The new <strong>EQL<\/strong> parameter allows you to define Profit Target and Loss Limit as absolute equity values &#8211; instead of calculating everything in percentage or currency gain\/loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So how exactly does this work? Let&#8217;s consider an example.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s say your current account balance is <strong>$10,000<\/strong>.<br>You can now switch to EQL mode and define:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Profit Target<\/strong> = <strong>$11,000<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Loss Limit<\/strong> = <strong>$9,500<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When your equity reaches either of these levels, Trade Manager will automatically close all trades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your open trades reach a combined profit of <strong>$1,000<\/strong>, bringing equity to <strong>$11,000<\/strong>, all trades are closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your combined loss reaches <strong>$500<\/strong>, dropping equity to <strong>$9,500<\/strong>, all trades are closed as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track All Symbols or only Current Symbol?<\/h5>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"228\" height=\"194\" src=\"https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/eql_5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-898\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The logic differs depending on your Track Trades For setting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you select All Symbols, the calculation considers all open trades across your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you select Current Symbol, the equity target is based only on trades from the currently selected symbol. This means the system calculates profit or loss by adding your current balance to the floating profit or loss from open trades of the current symbol only. Trades from other symbols are ignored. It does not affect how the EQL logic works in the background \u2014 it only changes how the data is presented in the panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"trade-manager-support-custom-charts\">Support for Custom Chart Symbols (MT5 Only)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting from version 3.60, Trade Manager for MetaTrader 5 now supports custom chart symbols, allowing you to run the tool on non-standard charts such as Renko charts, second-based charts, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"634\" src=\"https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/renko_3-1024x634.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-887\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/renko_3-1024x634.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/renko_3-300x186.png 300w, https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/renko_3-768x476.png 768w, https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/renko_3.png 1167w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>This functionality has been available in <strong>MT4<\/strong> from the very beginning.<br>The change applies only to <strong>MT5<\/strong>, where custom charts are now fully supported starting with this version.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that Trade Manager does not create these custom charts.
