You can define this profit in the <strong>account currency<\/strong> (e.g. $100), or click the button next to the field to <strong>switch to percentage mode<\/strong> (e.g. 2% of account balance). For example, if you set the limit to 2%, once your equity increases by 2%, Trade Manager will close all positions and secure the profit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Loss<\/strong> &#8211; here you can define the <strong>maximum allowed loss<\/strong>. When the total floating loss from all open trades reaches this value, all trades will be automatically closed to protect your capital. As with profit, this can be defined either in <strong>account currency<\/strong> or as a <strong>percentage<\/strong> of the account balance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Track Trades For<\/strong> &#8211; this option determines which trades should be included in equity tracking. You can choose:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>all symbols<\/strong> \u2013 to track equity across all open trades on all instruments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>name of current symbol<\/strong> &#8211; to track trades on the symbol where Trade Manager is currently running<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"233\" height=\"189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/tm-equity-protect2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-868\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delete Pending Orders &#8211; if enabled, this option will <strong>delete all pending orders<\/strong> once the equity target (profit or loss) is reached and trades are closed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show Account Status Panel &#8211; when activated, this displays a <strong>real-time status panel<\/strong> showing your current profit\/loss progress relative to your target or stop level. In this panel, you can:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See current profit\/loss in account currency or as a percentage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View a <strong>progress bar<\/strong> that visually shows how close you are to your defined profit or loss threshold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"115\" src=\"https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/tm-equity-protect-panel.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-867\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Once all parameters are set, you need to <strong>activate<\/strong> the Equity Control function. You can choose to monitor: only <strong>profit<\/strong> target, only <strong>loss<\/strong> limit or <strong>both<\/strong>, by switching the corresponding toggle from <strong>OFF<\/strong> to <strong>ON<\/strong> next to each parameter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From that moment, Trade Manager will actively monitor your open positions.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure equity reaches either the profit target or loss limit you\u2019ve defined, the software will <strong>automatically close all open trades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Important:<\/strong> Whether <em>all<\/em> trades are closed depends on your Trade Manager settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If <strong>Only Current Magic No.<\/strong> is set to <strong>True<\/strong> <em>(default setting)<\/em>, the Equity Protect function applies <strong>only to trades opened via Trade Manager<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If <strong>Only Current Magic No.<\/strong> set to <strong>False<\/strong>, <strong>all trades<\/strong> will be included &#8211; this means even manually placed trades or those opened via the <strong>MT4\/MT5 Mobile Apps<\/strong> will be closed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can change this setting in the <strong>General Settings<\/strong> of Trade Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image (max-width: 722px) 100vw, 722px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"be-negative-values\">Support for negative percentage (%) values in Break Even and Trailing Stop functions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve extended the functionality of the <strong>Breakeven<\/strong> and <strong>Trailing Stop<\/strong> features \u2013 you can now enter <strong>negative percentage values<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"225\" height=\"93\" src=\"https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/be-auto-minus-50pct.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-870\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>This gives you more flexibility in managing your Stop Loss.<br>For example, instead of moving your Stop Loss to the entry price (Break Even), you can now shift it <strong>to halfway between the original Stop Loss and the entry price<\/strong> \u2013 effectively <strong>reducing the Stop Loss distance by 50%<\/strong> after reaching a certain profit level.<br>This allows you to reduce risk without completely eliminating room for price movement.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"226\" height=\"82\" src=\"https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/be-manual-minus-50pct.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-871\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"full-point-precision\">New label tags on Open, Stop, and Target lines to display full-point precision (no decimal values)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve added <strong>new tags<\/strong> that allow you to display <strong>rounded price levels (without decimal values)<\/strong> on the Open, Stop, and Target lines.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"243\" height=\"257\" src=\"https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/tags2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-872\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The new tags are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><code>::OP_IPT<\/code> \u2013 for the <strong>Open price<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><code>::SL_IPT<\/code> \u2013 for the <strong>Stop Loss<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><code>::TP_IPT<\/code> \u2013 for the <strong>Take Profit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"233\" height=\"169\" src=\"https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/tags1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-873\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>This feature is especially useful when trading instruments with <strong>high price values<\/strong>, such as <strong>Gold, DAX, or US30<\/strong>, where decimal precision is often less relevant and prices are typically viewed and calculated in full points.<br>With these tags, your price labels on the bars will now display clean, whole-number values for easier reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lot-size-calc-issue-warning\">Visual Warning for Lot Size Calculation Issues<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve introduced a <strong>visual warning<\/strong> in the main panel to alert you when the program cannot correctly calculate the <strong>lot size<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"365\" height=\"493\" src=\"https:\/\/www.investsoft.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/lot-size-calc-issue-warning.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-874\" such cases, the <strong>Lot field is highlighted in red<\/strong>, and when you hover over this field, a tooltip will appear indicating that there was a problem calculating the lot size.<br>Detailed
